Please do not idle or park anywhere in the neighborhood or in the neighbor's driveways.
Upon arrival and entry into the gate, park within the 2 designated parking areas, see map. Please do not block the driveway and park in a mindful manner, leaving space for others to park.
We kindly request there's no use of the main house. This is a family home.
Please no use of bathrooms in the main house. Bathrooms are located by the parking outside, see map. Please no toilet paper in the toilets, rather place in the provided waste bins as we are on a sensitive septic tank.
We request no single-use plastic, please bring a reusable water bottle.
Please leave no trace. We like to practice "leave it better than you found it." That means, If you see a piece of trash, pick it up! The land Is happy being cared for.
No fire or smoking on property. Please check with Melissa or the event organizer if you are using incense or candles and the safest location for use.
Please no loud talking outside. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise. Please keep voices down in the bathrooms.
Pathways are uneven and dark at night, wear appropriate walking shoes and be mindful of snakes at dusk and dawn and especially during dry season. Be careful of poison oak, which is all around the property.
Beware of falling branches and trees, as well as unfenced water areas such as ponds, streams, waterfalls and pools.
Keep an eye out for coyotes and mountain lions at dusk and dawn, and don't leave any food out that could attract them.
